Shiatsu
Treatments In Utrecht & Amsterdam
Shiatsu is a form of massage therapy originally from Japan, based on traditional Chinese medicine, that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

An Invitation to slow down, deeply relax & heal your body-mind.
My mission
I support individuals through life’s transitions by helping them reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits.
These life changes often involve the loss of the familiar and the discovery of the new. I help facilitate the harmonious movement of yin and yang in the body to ease the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts that come with these transitions.
One of the major life gateway is the pregnancy (pre/post). Having experienced the healing power of Shiatsu before during and after my pregnancy, I wish now to share it and accompany future parents during this journey.
Welcome to my Shiatsu practice
In Utrecht & Amsterdam (On request at la Maison de la Santé)
Shiatsu enables you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and feel more aligned. It provides deep mental and physical relaxation, which strengthens your resilience and vitality.
Based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, Shiatsu aims to restore the flow of the Yin and Yang Ki within your body.
Shiatsu is a holistic massage therapy that considers your personal history, lifestyle, and current state of mind. Therefore, each session begins with a 10 to 20-minute intake to best understand your concerns.
Additionally, I can share breathing exercises, stretches, or self-massage techniques to help you integrate the benefits of Shiatsu into your daily life.

I’m a shiatsu therapist & Do-In teacher based in Utrecht.
Originally from France, I discovered Shiatsu while living in Japan. During this time, I experienced a profound shift—navigating the transition from student life to adulthood and immersing myself in a new culture. My practice of Karate (Yutenkai) deepened my understanding of the deep relationship between body, mind, and spirit. It was through the guidance of an inspiring woman who shared her passion for Shiatsu that I found a path to greater alignment with myself.
The Netherlands offered me the opportunity to combine studying and corporate work, and therefore I moved to the Netherlands in 2019.
I hold HBO-level degree certification in Shiatsu at the Iokai shiatsu school (2019-2023).
As member of the Dutch Shiatsu Association (SVN) and registered with RBCZ - Register for skilled complementary therapists, I commit to follow continuous training.
I continue to develop my practice focusing on how shiatsu can support fertility, pregnancy, and after birth under the guidance of Suzanne Yates.
